Hematoxylin and eosin (H&E), Myelofibrosis

Myelofibrosis is a bone marrow cancer in which a stem cell within the marrow begins to produce abnormal immature blood cells. As large numbers of these immature blood cells are made without regulation, they begin to crowd out healthy cells and lead to the formation of scar tissue within the marrow. This is painting #2 of Bone Marrow.
